CareBuilders at Home - Marietta, GA, is currently seeking a Caregiver to join our team in Kennesaw, GA.
Compensation for this role ranges from $14.00 to $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate care to individuals in need
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
Observe and report any changes in clients' condition to the appropriate parties
Requirements:
Must be certified to work as a caregiver in the State of GA (GA 40-hour Caregiver certification or PCA minimum).
Previous experience as a caregiver strongly preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow daily care plans and their detailed instructions
Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
This position requires schedule flexibility. In-home care schedules are based on each client’s needs and are not always traditional 8-hour shifts or 40-hour workweeks. PCA shifts may include shorter visits starting around 2 hours or longer shifts ranging from 4–8 hours.
Applicants should be comfortable with varying weekly hours. Shorter client visits may offer a higher hourly rate, while longer shifts may provide more consistent scheduling. Reliability, flexibility, and availability are important for matching caregivers with the right clients.
