Essential Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment to maintain efficient plant operations.
Monitor process controls, gauges, and equipment performance to ensure safe and effective operation.
Collect product samples according to standard operating procedures and perform or coordinate quality testing.
Make process adjustments based on quality results and operating conditions.
Maintain accurate production records, equipment logs, and shift documentation.
Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance on equipment.
Assist with minor equipment repairs and identify maintenance needs.
Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment, as required.
Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.
Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on industrial position. Candidates should be comfortable:
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Working around grain dust and industrial equipment
Climbing ladders and stairs up to 120 feet high
Working rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
