This role is primarily assigned to Benton County, but will also include Washington County as needed.
We're not just looking for someone who cleans well and follows process. We're looking for someone who makes sure everyone cleans well and follows process.
This is a field lead role. You will do the work alongside your team - and you will also be responsible for the standard of that work. That means noticing when something isn't right, saying so directly, and making sure it gets fixed. If that kind of accountability energizes you, keep reading.

What the role looks like day to day:
- Some days are quiet, independent work
- Some days you manage a crew of 2-6 techs
- Inspections & Training support as needed, providing detailed feedback
- Following and enforcing detailed cleaning systems and checklists
- Monitoring team quality in real time and addressing gaps directly
- Communicating clearly with the office about how jobs are progressing
- Representing ABD's standards in every home, every time

Minimum Requirements:
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Available Mon–Fri between 9a–5p
- Your own vehicle, available during working hours
- Clean national background check
- Smartphone for work apps and communication
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs
- Ability to bend, squat, and reach above head without limitations
- Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding role for 6+ hours
What you should know:
- Training & probationary period has a separate pay structure
- You will need to provide and maintain your own vacuum (we can assist with purchase)
- Company approved uniform required
- Position covers Fayetteville/Springdale & Bentonville/Rogers and surrounding areas
- Payday is every other Friday by direct deposit only
