Join Our Team at NRH Montessori – Full-Time Infant Teacher Wanted!
NRH Montessori is a licensed childcare center committed to providing a nurturing and enriching environment for young children through the Montessori method. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Infant Teacher to join our team and care for infants aged 3 to 18 months.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hours (includes a one-hour lunch break)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Job Type: Full-time, in-person
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide attentive and loving care, including feeding and diapering
- Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities and lessons
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Foster a calm, respectful, and supportive atmosphere
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with infants (preferred)
- Montessori experience is a plus
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Energetic, compassionate, and passionate about early childhood education
- Ability to pass a background check
