What You’ll Be Doing * Lead the Site: Run residential and light commercial projects from start to finish with total autonomy.
- Master Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex electrical issues that leave others stumped.
- Read the Blueprint: Accurately interpret and execute detailed plans and layouts.
- Mentor the Team: Serve as a technical leader and help train the next generation of junior electricians.
- Collaborate: Coordinate directly with project managers to ensure every job is finished to our high standards.
- Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills and a "mastery" mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
