Vapes R Us Exotics is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative who already has knowledge of the smoke shop and cannabis/hemp industry. We are not looking for someone completely new to the industry — we need someone who can confidently speak with customers, recommend products, and work independently from the start.
This is more than a basic retail position. We’re looking for someone dependable, professional, sales-driven, and capable of keeping the store running smoothly without constant supervision.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a smoke shop, vape shop, dispensary, or cannabis/hemp environment REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of cannabis products, strains, terpenes, disposables, glass, and smoke shop products
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Must be reliable and consistently on time
- Able to follow instructions and company procedures
- Comfortable working independently and handling responsibilities without constant supervision
- Positive attitude and professional communication skills
- Must be organized and maintain a clean work environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate customers on Sativa, Indica, and Hybrid effects
- Explain terpene profiles and help customers choose products based on their preferences
- Stay knowledgeable on our rotating inventory of 34+ strains and smoke shop products
- Recommend products confidently and help maximize sales
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily store operations
- Deliver a welcoming and professional customer experience
