What You’ll Do
- Lead daily shifts and keep operations running smoothly
- Coach, motivate, and support team members
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
- Help maintain speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, and accuracy
- Manage labor positioning and keep the team productive during peak hours
- Open or close the restaurant depending on shift assignment
- Train new team members and reinforce company standards
- Communicate with management regarding performance, issues, and opportunities
- Lead by example with urgency, professionalism, and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Open availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Leadership mindset with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure
- Strong communication and people skills
- Restaurant or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
