Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Butcher Associate to join our team at TP Cocina in Laredo. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing ingredients and supplies to support smooth kitchen and warehouse operations while upholding our commitment to quality and food safety. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the freshness, accuracy, and availability of ingredients that support our culinary excellence.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming products and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Organize and restock warehouse shelves following FIFO and safety guidelines.
- Prepare orders for delivery and ensure items are correctly labeled and staged.
- Assist with loading/unloading products and supporting delivery operations when needed.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards.
- Complete basic logs, counts, and daily inventory control documentation.
Requirements
- Ability to lift, move, and handle boxes and inventory safely.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Spanish required; English preferred.
