COMPLETE OR ASSIST WITH SAUTE/WINDOW AND GRILL DUTIES AS APPLICABLE.

ENSURE PROPER TIMING AND CONSISTENCY BY COMMUNICATING WITH SAUTE/WINDOW AND GRILL AS APPLICABLE.

PRESENT FOOD IN WINDOW FOR FOH DELIVERY MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND CONSISTENCY AT ALL TIMES.
AM SPECIFIC DUITES/RESPONSIBILITIES

STOCK/RE-STOCK LINE USING PROPER ROTATING AND LABELING PROCEDURES.

CHECK FRYER(S) AND FILTER OR CHANGE IF NECESSARY.
PM SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

FILTER BOTH FRYERS DAILY. CHANGE OIL IN FRYERS BASED ON POSTED FRYER SCHEDULE.

PULL HOODS TO GO THROUGH DISH ONCE WEEKLY. PULL HALF ONE DAY, HALF THE NEXT DAY.

COMPLETE REMAINING DAILY/WEEKLY CLEANING MAINTENANCE. REFERENCE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE IF NEEDED.
