Develop, implement, and manage site-specific safety programs and policies

Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and company safety procedures

Conduct regular job site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments

Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions

Facilitate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and employee training
-
Partner with project managers and supervisors to enforce safety protocols
-
Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
-
Monitor subcontractor safety performance and compliance
-
Support workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs
-
Ability to walk, stand, and climb stairs or ladders for extended periods on active construction sites
-
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally

Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)

Ability to traverse uneven terrain and navigate active job sites safely

Must be comfortable working at heights and around heavy equipment

Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots

Must have sufficient visual and hearing ability to recognize hazards and communicate effectively on-site
