Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our innovative team. Duties
- Gather and analyze detailed product requirements through stakeholder interviews, market research, and data analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical specifications, APIs, and system architecture using UML diagrams and wireframing tools like Balsamiq.
- Manage product development projects utilizing Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum within project management software like Jira, VersionOne, or TFS.
- Develop comprehensive test cases, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure product excellence.
- Utilize SQL, Looker, and other data analytics tools to generate insights that influence product strategy and optimize performance metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT infrastructure, software development, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Lead stakeholder communication efforts by presenting project updates using Microsoft PowerPoint and facilitating collaboration across teams to meet deadlines within SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) frameworks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in software development or product management with a strong understanding of SDLC processes.
- Proficiency in Agile software development practices, including Agile planning, Scrum ceremonies, and SAFe frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, TFS, VersionOne, or similar platforms.
- Technical expertise in APIs, HTML, UML, SQL databases, and IT infrastructure components relevant to product development.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to design requirements specifications and wireframes using Balsamiq or similar tools.
- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS and SaaS solutions; experience working on mobile applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in team environments.
- Knowledge of data analytics platforms such as Looker or Microsoft Excel for data-driven decision making.

Pay: $76,556.52 - $80,000.00 per year
