- Take full responsibility for day-to-day field operations on assigned projects.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met.
- Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and project team.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.
- Coordinate inspections, deliveries, building access, and site logistics.
- Identify potential schedule, quality, or coordination issues and proactively resolve them.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite.
- Conduct regular site walks and track project progress.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, owners, and building management.
- Manage punch-list activities and project closeout.
