What You'll Do

Lead all phases of complex civil litigation from inception through resolution

Develop case strategy and oversee litigation execution

Manage discovery, depositions, expert witnesses, and motion practice

Handle court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and insurance carriers

Collaborate with firm leadership on significant matters and trial strategy

Mentor and support junior attorneys and litigation staff

Participate in business development and client relationship management efforts

Qualifications

Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

Strong client management and relationship-building abilities
