Our agency provides behavior health residential treatment to at-risk adolescents in the state of Oklahoma. We operate with 15 programs to provide best treatment and care to the individuals we serve in a smaller setting. Our programs are community-based and provide therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness, and an extensive history of trauma.
This position is for ONE, 10 bed program
Monday to Friday, day shift
No weekends or holidays
Nurse Duties:
- All necessary medical care (wound care, dressing changes, diabetic care, shots, etc.)
- Weekly Doctor Rounds
- Weekly Vital Checks
- Weekly Nurse Note on all Clients
- Preparing and Passing Medication
- Intake Assessments
- Managing all Medications, Refills, and New Orders
- Ordering Labs, X-Rays
- Medical Billing
**Must be 21 years of age, pass a background check, and obtain an RN license**
