We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a high level of leadership, strategic planning, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a solid understanding of OSHA 30, and a proven track record in managing subcontractors, overseeing budgets, ensuring safety and culture, and handling commissioning and closeout. This is a permanent role that offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development.
Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of large-scale construction projects from initial planning to completion.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.

Oversee budget planning and management for all projects, ensuring that all financial targets are met.

Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest safety standards and promote a positive safety culture within the team.

Handle commissioning and closeout processes, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Mentor and guide superintendents, project engineers, and field staff, promoting professional development and growth within the team.

Implement strategic planning and coordination to ensure that all projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Regularly report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role within the construction industry.

Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.

Strong knowledge of OSHA 30 and other relevant safety standards.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proven experience in strategic planning and coordination.

Strong budget management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
