Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operating excavators, skid steers, graders, and rollers, ensuring efficient and safe operation across various job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, skid steers, doxer, graders, and rollers safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule and to specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors & crew regarding project progress & challenges.
- Assist in site preparation, grading, and material handling as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
- Proven proficiency in operating excavators, skid steers, dozer, graders, and rollers.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans is a plus but not required
- Experience fine grading is a plus, but being able to see grade is a must.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
