Job Summary
Cleveland Pizza looking for a true leader to run our newst Streetsboro, Ohio location. Our company is based on the lead by example formula. From ownership down we leaded by setting the example.
Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food service, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and efficient team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all departments.
- Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal supplies.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within quick service & fast food restaurants.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management with culinary experience preferred.
- Experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, and leading training & development initiatives.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, inventory control, and food handling standards across diverse food industry settings.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

- Abillity to travel for training at one of our other locations. Candidate will be compensated additionally for travel time and expenses.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
