<p>Job Summary<br><br>We are seeking a Banker/Teller for a direct hire opportunity in Petaluma, CA. This role may be aligned as a Client Service Representative II, Client Service Representative III, or Senior Client Service Representative based on experience.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for a banking professional who enjoys building client relationships, opening new accounts, processing teller transactions, and recommending financial products that support customer needs. The role offers a supportive branch environment, strong teamwork, community involvement, and the opportunity to grow within a stable banking and consumer lending setting.<br><br>The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, comfortable handling confidential financial information, and committed to delivering a positive client experience in every interaction.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>- Open, maintain, and close consumer accounts, business accounts, CDs, IRAs, and other account types based on experience level.<br>- Process teller transactions accurately while maintaining an excellent balancing record.<br>- Interview and profile clients to recommend appropriate banking products and services.<br>- Cross-sell bank products, generate referrals, and partner with internal teams to support branch goals.<br>- Ensure all documentation is complete, approved, uploaded, and compliant with bank procedures and applicable regulations.<br>- Provide professional, courteous service to clients in person and by phone while resolving questions or concerns with tact and diplomacy.<br><br>- Minimum of 1 year of banking teller experience for CSR II level.
- Minimum of 2 years of banking teller experience for CSR III level.
- Minimum of 3 years of banking teller experience for Senior CSR III level.
- Experience opening consumer accounts is required.
- Experience opening basic business accounts is required for CSR III and preferred for CSR II.<br><br></p>
