Bentley & Maserati of Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing F&I professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving dealership profitability.
What You’ll Do
- Guide customers through financing options and vehicle protection products, including VSC, GAP, and ancillary products.
- Deliver a seamless, transparent, and professional transition from Sales to Finance.
- Achieve key F&I performance metrics, including PVR, VSC penetration, product penetration, and product index.
- Partner with Sales Management to structure deals and ensure efficient funding.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, lender, and company requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions.
- Coach Sales Consultants on effective sales and turnover processes.
- Promote customer retention through maintenance and vehicle protection offerings.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive F&I experience required.
- Strong knowledge of lending practices and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Reynolds & Reynolds DocuPad and RouteOne experience a plus.
