1818 American Grille is opening soon in Bath, Ohio, bringing a fresh and
elevated approach to American classics. Curated by Chef Brad Race of the
acclaimed The Last Page, our restaurant is built around exceptional food,
handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality.
We are currently seeking energetic, hardworking, and team-oriented Server
Assistants to join our opening team. This role is essential in creating a smooth
and memorable dining experience for every guest and is a great opportunity for
anyone looking to grow within the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities
- Support servers and bartenders throughout service
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Clear and reset tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
- Refill water, assist guests when needed, and anticipate service needs
- Assist with opening and closing side work
- Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Hospitality-minded with attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
