We are seeking an experienced and beauty-focused Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and helping patients achieve natural, confidence-enhancing results.
Position Overview
The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner will perform consultations, develop treatment plans, provide injectable and laser treatments, and help grow the practice through exceptional patient care and relationship building.
The ideal candidate combines strong clinical skills with an artistic eye, aesthetic judgment, and a passion for beauty and wellness.
Primary Responsibilities
Injectable Aesthetic Treatments
- Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Daxxify®
- Dermal fillers including Juvederm®, Restylane®, RHA®, Versa®, and Sculptra®
- Full-face rejuvenation and facial balancing
- Lip enhancement
- Jawline and chin contouring
- Kybella® treatments
- PRP/PRF facial rejuvenation
- PRP/PRF hair restoration
Skin Rejuvenation Procedures
- Hydrafacial® treatments
- RF Microneedling
- Traditional Microneedling
- Chemical peels
- Medical-grade skincare consultations
- Collagen induction therapies
- Acne and pigmentation treatment programs
Alma Laser & Energy-Based Procedures
Experience with the Alma platform is strongly preferred, including:
- Alma Harmony XL Pro
- Alma TED Hair Restoration
- Alma ClearLift®
- Alma Dye-VL
- Alma Pixel Resurfacing
- Alma Acne Treatment
- Skin Tightening and Photorejuvenation Procedures
- Laser Skin Resurfacing
- Laser Hair Removal
BTL Technologies
Experience with the following is highly desirable:

- Peptide Therapy Programs (under medical protocols)

Patient Experience & Practice Growth
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Develop customized treatment plans
- Educate patients regarding procedures and skincare products
- Maintain complete and compliant medical records
- Participate in practice marketing initiatives and educational events
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Support practice growth through exceptional consultation and treatment outcomes
Qualifications
Required
- Active Virginia Nurse Practitioner License
- DEA Registration (if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of aesthetic medicine experience
- Experience with cosmetic injectables
- Knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
- Strong consultation and patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently under established protocols
Preferred
- Experience with Alma Harmony XL Pro platform
- Experience with Hydrafacial systems
- Experience with RF Microneedling technologies
- Experience with BTL Emface®, Emsculpt Neo®, and Exion®
- Experience with PRP/PRF procedures
- Existing patient following
- Social media and patient education experience
- Retail skincare sales experience
