David Mitchell's Allstate Agency in Lithia, FL is looking for a true Producer — an experienced insurance sales professional who can step in and hit the ground running. This is not an entry-level or trainee role. We need someone who already knows how to sell, already holds their license, and is ready to build book of business from day one.
As a Producer, you will be responsible for growing our Auto, Life, and Home insurance business in the Lithia, Bloomingdale, and Valrico area. We are a fast-paced, established Allstate Agency and need a goal-oriented, hard-working professional to help us expand our market share.
Requirements & Responsibilities
- Active 2-20 license (Florida General Lines Agent) required — candidates must be licensed and ready to write business immediately
- A proven track record of success in consultative, solutions-oriented sales, ideally within the insurance industry
- Minimum 1-2 years of insurance sales experience; experience as a producer strongly preferred
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
- The ability to conduct needs-based selling, including: prospecting, building and managing a pipeline, conducting needs analyses, developing solutions and writing proposals, presenting proposals, and closing deals
- The ability to increase sales in a competitive marketplace
