Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable Courier Driver to join our dynamic delivery team! These routes begins and ends in Mandan ND with the majority of delivery stops being located in Bismarck, and Mandan.
Typical start time is 730am.
Typical completion time 1pm.
Training is paid at hourly training rate.
Routes pay by the day.
Base pay for these routes is $105 to 135per day.
Must interview in person, bring 2 forms of ID.
This is an immediate fill position should the hiring team choose.

Duties
- Safely operate a box truck or similar commercial vehicle to deliver packages across designated routes
- Load and unload cargo using manual lifting techniques while adhering to safety protocols
- Follow pre planned delivery routes to maximize productivity and ensure on-time arrivals
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during deliveries
- Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and complete all necessary paperwork accurately
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections to ensure optimal operation
- Communicate effectively with supervisor regarding route updates, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving preferred
- Proven delivery driver experience or courier background with route driving familiarity is preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift heavy packages regularly and perform physical tasks such as moving boxes and loading cargo. Up to 50 lbs
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a state and federal background check. No felony convictions in the past 7 years.
- Must pass MVR check. All drivers must maintain a clean driving record.
