What You'll Do
As a Service Consultant, you'll be the bridge between our customers and technicians. You'll:
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Greet customers and guide them through the repair process
- Present repair recommendations and maintenance needs clearly and professionally
- Create estimates and communicate vehicle status updates
- Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from check-in to vehicle pickup
- Help drive shop growth while maintaining honesty and integrity

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous service advisor, service writer, sales, or customer service experience
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Can build trust with customers and explain repairs in a way they understand
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Works well with technicians and team members
- Wants to be part of a growing company that values people and integrity
Automotive experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who has strong customer service and sales skills.
