Janitorial Cleaner – Night Shift (Part-Time, Weekdays)
Job Description:
Maug Cleaning, Inc. is hiring a Janitorial Cleaner for a night shift position in Chippewa Falls.
This is a consistent, team-based role working in a commercial facility during evening hours. Employees work with the same teammate each shift in a single building, making this position ideal for someone who prefers structure, routine, and a steady work environment.
Pay & Schedule
- $16.00/hour
- Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: OFF
- 9 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain office and commercial spaces
- Perform routine janitorial tasks including trash removal, floor care, surface cleaning, and restroom sanitation
- Work with one teammate each night within an assigned building
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
What to Expect:
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Work in the same building each shift

- Bending, lifting (up to 40 lbs), and repetitive movement
- Physically active role (walking throughout the shift)
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Comfortable traveling to Chippewa Falls
- Team-oriented mindset
