We are a growing custom Kydex holster manufacturer looking for an enthusiastic Production Team Member
As a Production Manufacturing Team Member, you’ll play a hands-on role in manufacturing top-tier Kydex holsters and accessories. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Constructing holster accessories and components according to standard operating procedures while maintaining strict quality standards
- Inspecting finished products for defects and making necessary adjustments
- Monitoring production output to meet inventory targets and communicating updates with the team
- Gathering and organizing materials and supplies to keep production running smoothly
- Performing basic setup, adjustments, and maintenance on tools and equipment
- Following all safety protocols and keeping your workspace clean and organized
- Working efficiently while consistently delivering high-quality results
- Pitching in with shipping, stocking, or other tasks as needed
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-Time – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
- In-person position in Kalispell, MT
