A. Job Summary
Must be able to manage or assist each phase from the initial stage to completion. This position reports directly to the Project Supervisor and/or Project Manager of that location. Interfacing with other departments within the company is required.
B. Key Responsibilities
Core responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Strong attention to detail
Mold removal and demolition of property and debris removal
Structural and Content Cleaning
Cleans carpet, upholstery, floors, walls, ceilings, draperies, windows, and room accessories to remove effects of smoke and water damage such as dirt, soot, stains, mildew, and excess water and moisture
Content Inventory
Move, pack, store, catalog, and keep track of customer contents, including household furnishing and other goods
Project Documentation and Record Keeping
Structural and Content Cleaning
C. Experience/ Requirements
The position of Technician requires the following:
Fluent in the English language
Valid Driver’s License
Regular attendance and arriving to work on-time
On-call and work after hours when necessary
Occasional heavy lifting (able to lift 50 lbs)
