Duties
- prep work, which involves the entire kitchen of cooks
- depending on experience, cooks may start in the pantry with potential to move on to the hot line
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food industry.
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
- Proficient knife skills and ability to prepare meals efficiently.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards collaboration with colleagues.
