Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Operations Manager to lead and grow our Parts Department.
This is an opportunity for the right individual to help build systems, improve efficiency, and play a key role in the continued growth of our company. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong background in parts operations and inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Parts Department
- Lead and support parts counter personnel
- Ensure stock orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain proper stock availability
- Oversee inventory movement in and out of the warehouse
- Develop and improve inventory control systems and procedures
- Work closely with shop and road service technicians to ensure parts availability
- Support over-the-counter customer sales and service
- Analyze inventory performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist in planning future department growth, including the development of outside sales operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in parts management, inventory management, or related leadership role
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience building and implementing systems and processes
- Strong inventory control and purchasing experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Heavy-duty truck parts experience or aftermarket truck parts experience is a major plus

Pay: $56,344.94 - $65,000.00 per year
