We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician (01 License) to join our growing team. This position involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in both commercial and residential environments. Candidates must hold a valid Washington 01 Electrical License. Residential Journeyman Electricians licensed in both Washington and Oregon will also be considered.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per Hour + Overtime
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
- Install and connect electrical wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and fixtures
- Test electrical systems and components to ensure proper operation and compliance with safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed
- Maintain compliance with NEC codes, local regulations, and company safety policies
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to complete projects efficiently
- Accurately document work performed and materials used
- Operate company service vehicles and maintain a professional appearance when interacting with customers
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State 01 Electrical License
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating a service van and performing field service work
- Strong understanding of NEC codes, electrical regulations, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
- Experience working with both high-voltage and low-voltage systems
- Proficiency with electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Residential Journeyman license with both Washington and Oregon credentials
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Experience in both service and construction environments

- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment
- Ability to work indoors, outdoors, in confined spaces, and at varying heights
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in physically demanding environments for extended periods
