Responsibilities

- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide information on promotions and sales.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking merchandise as needed.
- Supervise and train new associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Utilize POS systems effectively for processing transactions.
- Communicate clearly with team members and management to enhance store operations.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization within the store.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to supervise others effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
