Job Duties:
-
Facilitate/build relationships with local industries and businesses in order to secure/support gainful employment for participants of PACT/Navigate.
- Assist participants in completing professional resume’s and employment applications.
- Train participants in general professionalism and reasonable expectations of employers.
- Assist participants in developing/enhancing interviewing skills and in securing job interviews.
- Train participants in job skills tailored to the demands of the specific positions for which they are applying or hired.

Train participants’ in required job skills and professional conduct as needed to support/ensure ongoing employment and advancement.
- Assist with conducting comprehensive assessment, developing, writing, evaluating treatment goals and plan as needed to assist other member of the team.
- Act as liaison between team, individual receiving services, families, and community agencies to maintain coordination of services.

On call to provide crisis intervention, and after hours emergency services as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in mental health or related field

Appropriate Licenses or Certification to work in designated field
