Family Behavioral Solutions LLC is a specialized, provider-owned behavioral health agency. We are currently expanding our team to serve individuals in the Miami area under the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) iBudget Waiver and Florida Medicaid networks.
We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and highly driven Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide high-quality, function-driven behavior analysis services directly in clients' homes and community settings. Our business and compliance operations are managed by seasoned accounting and compliance professionals, ensuring that your authorizations are seamless, your documentation templates are audit-ready, and your hourly pay is reliable and accurate.
Built-In Peer Mentorship & Training Support We know that navigating APD guidelines, iConnect, and Rule 65G-4 compliance can feel overwhelming if you haven't done it before. You won't have to figure it out alone. At our agency, you will be paired with an experienced, on-staff BCaBA who specializes in APD processes to personally mentor you step-by-step. Furthermore, if you do not yet have your APD-required crisis or safety certifications, we will help you complete these curriculum modules and certifications directly through our hiring and onboarding process.
