Gathers paperwork and performs data entry into Epicor system as well as spreadsheets. Keeps Sales Order ship dates current. Provides manufacturing support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Uses the Master Schedule to select Epicor Job Traveler to be prints and distributes those to the proper department Supervisors.
· Gathers travelers once Manufacturing work is completed to insure Mfg process is complete.
· Reviews Job variances in Epicor and resolves time keeping and material issuance issues as they arise. Closes reviewed jobs periodically during the month and at month-end.
· Performs data entry into Epicor system to correct Jobs, adjust Sales Order ship dates, etc. as required.
· Runs the Standard Costing process in Epicor for new parts created by engineering.
· Keeps Sales Order ship dates current.
· May receive parts/paperwork into the system.
· Performs duties in identifying WIP at Physical Inventories;. issues materials and labor consumed
· Performs data entry into miscellaneous spreadsheets as required
· Performs safety and housekeeping duties
· Participates in required training and applies safety skills/knowledge
· Participates in continuous improvement teams and/or empowerment teams
· Utilizes S.P.C. tools including gauging and other quality tools
· Accurately completes required documentation
· Participates in training of co-workers in all aspects of job responsibilities
· Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager
Essential Skills and Abilities
· Minimum two-year degree in related field preferred
· Three years of experience in manufacturing scheduling or similar position preferred
· Experience with ERP system is a plus
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products
· Project and solution oriented
· Proficiency in basic mathematics (fractions, decimals, conversions, etc.)
Physical Demands and Work Environment
· This position will require the following: walking, sitting, using hands and fingers to handle or feel objects/tools/controls, reaching with hands and arms, balancing, stooping, talking and hearing.
· This person may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
· While performing the duties of this job, this person may be exposed to a noise level that is usually minimal but may be elevated at times.
