We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and individuals with autism, conducting diagnostic evaluations, implementing behavioral therapy, and collecting data to assess patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 10 hours per week per assigned youth implementing behavioral support interventions and activities.
- Applied Behavioral Analysis - Functional Behavioral Assessment and development of a Behavioral Support Plan
- Implementation of individualized Behavior Support Plan
- Positive Behavioral Supports
- Providing training and supervision to support staff providing ABA services.
- Modifying Behavioral Support Plan based on frequent, systematic evaluation of direct observational data.
- Providing coordinated support with agency staff and participating as part of the clinical team
- Attend Weekly Treatment Team Meeting Overall Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to address behavioral health needs
- Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorders
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
