NOW HIRING – FEED STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE / CASHIER / YARD SUPPORT
La Casa Del Grano – Wapato, WA
We’re hiring a dependable, hardworking team member to support our fast-paced feed store. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, cashiering, and physical yard work.
This is NOT an entry-level “stand-around” position. We need someone who can move, think, and execute.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional, fast customer service at the counter
- Operate cash register / POS system accurately
- Load feed bags (50+ lbs), and bulk items for customers
- Assist with stocking, organizing, and maintaining store presentation
- Support daily operations across retail floor.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Forklift, loader, and pallet jack experience a plus
- Comfortable with heavy lifting (50 lbs. repeatedly)
- Able to work on your feet all day in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Bilingual Required basic math + communication skills for sales and transactions
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Has worked in retail, feed, ag, warehouse, or construction environments
- Understands efficiency, safety, and customer flow
- Can handle busy days without slowing down or needing direction.
SCHEDULE / LOCATION
La Casa Del Grano – Wapato, WA. Must be available for weekends. (store hours apply)
