Duties
- Engage with customers through outside sales efforts to promote products and services effectively
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and communication skills
- Assist with office management, sales training and lead management
- Conduct public speaking engagements to present product features and benefits confidently
- Manage sales transactions accurately while demonstrating strong math skills
- Use phone etiquette and professional communication skills to follow up with clients and coordinate sales efforts
Experience
- Prior experience in direct sales is highly desirable
- Proven ability in outside sales or customer service roles with a focus on building rapport and closing deals
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong organizational skills with experience in inventory management and administrative tasks
- Excellent public speaking abilities to confidently present products or conduct promotional events
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction
