At Off Highway Van, we specialize in building high-performance offroad Sprinter vans for adventurers who demand durability, quality, and style. Our passion for exploration drives everything we do. After a stellar 2025 and 300 completed camper van builds, we are looking to take our builds, experience, and business to the next level, but can’t do it without you.

What You'll Bring
- 1-2 years automotive or comparable service experience
- Experience with plumbing both water systems and heating systems
- Experience with electrical wiring and installation methods
- Expert usage of all standard shop tools and equipment
- Experience with Quality Control (QC), automotive technician procedures and service, custom fabrication methods, and mechanical maintenance are a plus
- High School Education / GED.
What You'll Do
You will work under the guidance of the Pre-Build Lead and receive hands-on training while developing the skills needed to become a key member of our production team. In this role, you will be expected to:
- Implement detailed engineering instructions and translate them directly to real-world, physical applications
- Install in-house and aftermarket modifications for both the interior and exterior of our van models.
- Collaborate with team members to complete builds efficiently and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
