We are seeking a Full Time - Janitorial Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple cleaning sites in the New York and New Jersey areas. If you have leadership experience in janitorial services, speaks Spanish/English and enjoy managing teams while maintaining high cleaning standards, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise janitorial staff and ensure quality service at assigned locations
- Conduct routine inspections and follow up on cleaning standards
- Coordinate schedules, supplies, and staffing needs
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns
- Maintain safety and compliance with company policies
Security Management:
- Oversee daily security operations, ensuring a safe and secure environment within the premises.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Manage, schedule, and supervise security personnel, including guards and patrol officers.
Tenant & Property Manager Communication
- Respond to tenant feedback and concerns via email in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain ongoing communication with property management regarding operational issues and cleanliness standards.
- Address and resolve service complaints swiftly to uphold tenant satisfaction.
Internal Reporting & Communication
- Submit bi-weekly operational reports detailing any issues, updates, or needs.
- Communicate any operational matters internally.
- Attend and participate in monthly 101 Zoom meetings.
- Submit supply requests a minimum of 3 days in advance to avoid shortages.
- Use Connecteam to submit and update:
- New Employee Forms
- Disciplinary Action Forms
- Employee Termination Forms
Requirements:
- Experience in janitorial and security supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must know how to operate deep cleaning machines
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Shift availability:
- Day Shift (Preferred)
- Night Shift (Preferred)
