Position Summary
Hands-on fabricator of high-quality custom millwork and application solutions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for safely and efficiently building custom millwork projects as assigned by Production Manager
- Uses all tools safely and for intended purposes
- Pack goods to be shipped according to StudioCraft's packing standards
- Participates in continuous process improvement
- Keeps work area neat and clean and follows all established safety guidelines
- Works within a team structure to achieve Company and department goals
- Strictly adheres to StudioCraft’s policies regarding attendance and punctuality
- Performs additional duties related to specific area assignment
- At times, you may be selected by Production Manager to be a Project Lead, Install Lead, or both
- Travel and installations as assigned by Production Manager and represents StudioCraft in a professional manner when on site
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of the common practices, tools, terminology and safety precautions of the carpentry trade
- Knowledge of the use and characteristics of common building materials
- Skill in the use of carpentry tools and wood working equipment
- Ability to work from sketches, drawings, plans or specifications
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
