Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager/ Chef to oversee the daily operations of the floor & Kitchen at TEXAS RODEO SALOON.. As the Assisant General Manager, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing staff and ensuring that company standards are being followed.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Kitchen manager/Chef
- Harris County Food safety certified
- TABC Certified
- Your drive to work at Texas Rodeo Saloon must be under 25min.
Responsible for:
- Opening & Closing
- Training Staff
- Managing staff
- Upholding company operating standards
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Knowledge of the Kitchen and creating recipes
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional cocktails
- Impeccable customer service and social awareness
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive
- Enforce and uphold all company policies at all times
- Accountability for accuracy of nightly checkouts
- Must be available to work any day of the week.
