Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospice Field Nurse
Location: McMinnville– Wilsonville Service Area (Keizer, Wilsonville, Salem, McMinnville)
Pay: $44–$48 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday | Day Shift
Travel: Mileage reimbursement
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care
- Support pain and symptom management
- Perform skilled nursing tasks (wound care, meds, monitoring)
- Document timely and accurately
- Communicate changes and collaborate with the care team
What We’re Looking For
- Active Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required
- Hospice or home health experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
