Compensation & Benefits
- $95,000 to $135,000 per year in total earning potential, combining a competitive base salary with performance-based pay

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, install, and service residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, repipes, drain and sewer systems, and fixtures
- Install, service, and repair residential gas lines and gas-fired appliances in accordance with applicable codes (gas fitting)
- Provide homeowners with clear, honest assessments and transparent pricing, and stand behind the quality of all completed work
- Mentor and support the development of journeymen and apprentices
- Serve as the company's qualifying Master, a role recognized with additional compensation
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional standard across vehicles, job sites, and documentation
- Represent LeMaster Plumber as a trusted and knowledgeable professional in every customer's home
Qualifications
- Active Virginia Master Plumber license (required)
- Gas fitting qualification: Virginia Master Gas Fitter license, or the experience to obtain it, with company support provided as needed (required)
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in residential service and repair, including gas line and gas appliance work
- Strong customer-service orientation, with the ability to communicate clearly and earn homeowner trust
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- A consistent commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and professional conduct
