Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk role is required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and phone systems is desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
