Day to Day responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments of windows and doors
- Unload trucks and verify all inventory against shipping manifests
- Organize materials throughout the warehouse
- Prepare and load delivery trucks for next-day deliveries
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing inventory is accurately tracked
- Utilize QuickBooks to check products into inventory
- Partner with accounting, invoicing, and service teams regarding inventory status
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
- 2 years Forklift experience
- Comfortable loading and unloading trucks
- Inventory verification and tracking experience
- Basic computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Physically capable of moving large windows and doors throughout the day
- Strong attention to detail
Pluses:
- Spanish/English bilingual
- QuickBooks experience
- Lull/Telehandler experience - don’t have to have!!
- Building materials, lumber, windows, doors, roofing, or distribution experience
- Prior warehouse management or lead experience
- Forklift Certification
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
