Concrete Construction Project Manager
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Salary: $95,000+ per year, based on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Concrete Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial concrete projects throughout the Eau Claire, WI area. This position will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing concrete construction projects and the ability to coordinate effectively with customers, subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage concrete construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate daily activities with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
- Review project plans, specifications, drawings, and contracts.
- Monitor project costs, labor, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to customers and leadership.
- Identify and resolve project issues, delays, and potential cost overruns.
- Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Ensure projects meet company quality and safety standards.
- Track project progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
- Assist with estimating, bidding, and pre-construction activities as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in concrete construction preferred.
- Strong understanding of commercial and/or industrial concrete construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and crews.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with construction project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- OSHA/Safety experience is a plus.
