What You’ll Do
- Close Leads and Appointments provided to you.
- Prospect homeowners and businesses impacted by storm, fire, or water damage (some warm leads provided weekly!)
- Educate clients on how Home Claim Network helps them fight back against lowball or denied insurance payouts
- Work your own pipeline (we will help you build one) using our CRMs- Spotioand Go High Level
- Thrive independently — no micromanagement, just accountability and results
What You Bring
- Fluent in English & Spanish (must-have — our clients rely on your clarity and trust)
- 1+ year experience in construction, roofing, or insurance claim sales
- 2+ years combined B2C and B2B sales experience
- Proven closer who can break down complex services simply
- Confident, self-directed, and goal-driven
- Comfortable using CRM and digital tools to manage your funnel
- A genuine desire to help people and earn what you’re worth
What You’ll Earn
- $750 weekly base pay to stay secure
- $300 SPIFF per sale after your first weekly deal
- $500 bonus for every 5 closed sales in a week
- 1600 per week for minimum requirements met
- $3,500+ weekly potential for top performers-
