We provide complimentary fabric samples to help customers confidently choose colors and patterns before making a purchase. With a high daily order volume, accuracy and efficiency are critical to our success.
Position Overview
As a Sample Room Associate, you will play a key role in preparing and fulfilling fabric sample orders while supporting customer communication and order updates. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring strong attention to detail and organization. Key Responsibilities
- Review daily orders and match fabric samples accurately
- Cut and prepare fabric samples
- Package orders with marketing materials for shipment
- Restock samples, labels, and supplies
- Reorder fabrics from suppliers
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Answer customer calls and emails
- Provide order status updates
- Close orders and send shipping confirmations
- Support team operations and customer needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Other responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support all efforts of the enterprise
