Position Summary
ReNew360 is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to deliver therapeutic and relaxation massage services that support client recovery, wellness, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate is a skilled, client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative wellness environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage modalities (Swedish, deep tissue, sports, myofascial release, etc.) tailored to each client's needs
- Conduct client intake assessments to understand health history, goals, and any contraindications
- Develop and adjust treatment plans in coordination with other ReNew360 practitioners as needed
- Maintain accurate, timely client session notes and records
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained
- Educate clients on self-care, stretching, and post-treatment recommendations
- Uphold all state licensing, health, and safety regulations
- Meet appointment scheduling and service-time standards
Qualifications
- Current state massage therapy license/certification in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program (500+ hours preferred)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in a spa, clinical, or wellness setting a plus
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and perform hands-on treatment for extended periods
- Physical stamina to perform multiple sessions per day
