About us Four Quarters Mechanical is a 40-year-old commercial mechanical contractor providing HVAC, plumbing, and drainage services across NJ, PA, and DE. We're growing our service team and looking for a sharp, people-first CSR to keep our customers and technicians moving.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls (150–250/day) to existing and prospective customers to schedule HVAC service, repair, and maintenance visits
- Handle inbound customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency
- Keep accurate, detailed records of every customer interaction and transaction
- Collaborate with dispatch and field technicians to ensure smooth scheduling and strong customer outcomes
What we're looking for
- Strong communicator — clear, confident, and professional on every call
- Able to juggle competing priorities and keep pace in a busy, high-volume environment
- Comfortable with computers and software
- Customer service or call center experience preferred — but we'll train the right person
- HVAC or plumbing permit knowledge is a big plus
- Service Titan Experience is required
